There are more than 30,000 lochs in Scotland and more than 125,000 km of riverbank, which means we have some of the best fishing in the world; salmon, sea trout, wild brown trout, rainbow trout, and pike can all be found here amidst the stunning landscapes that are synonymous with our country.

To experience the thrill of hooking a wild Atlantic salmon there is the magnificently dark Loch Tay; the River Tay, Scotland’s longest river; short but salmon rich River Awe; the River Dee, strewn with crystal-clear water pools and fast moving stretches; picturesque River Orchy with its beautiful falls and islands; and the River Spey which is not only famous for its salmon but also the whisky distilleries that border it.

Spend a day fishing for rainbow and brown trout on the Lake of Menteith and you won’t be the only visitor…keep a lookout for the majestic osprey circling overhead looking for lunch.

Perhaps you are feeling more adventurous, in which case a remote hill loch where you can pit your wits against the wiley wild brown trout will be the one for you.

Our ghillie (Scottish for fishing guide) has over 40 years experience at home and away, most prominently as a ghillie on the Grimersta, one of the most prolific fisheries in Europe. His expertise doesn’t stop with the fish, as he also knows his Jock Scott from his Arndilly Fancy; a professional fly dresser, Rob knows which pattern of fly to use and when.

You don’t have to be an experienced angler to enjoy one of our fishing tours, we are only too happy to introduce the novice to the beauty of fishing and children are welcome too. We understand that everyone is different and so every fishing tour will be different. Our trips are completely bespoke and tailored to your requirements, so whether it is just a day out or a full week of fishing you are looking for, let us do all the hard work for you.

You will be picked up from your door in one of our superior vehicles, all permits and tackle will be provided. Picnic lunches and luxury hampers can also be arranged on request.
